Dear TWU Local 578 Family,

This Veterans Day, the Transport Workers Union of America Local 578, extends our heartfelt gratitude to the brave men and women who have served and are serving our Country and protecting the lives of Americans at home and abroad. We honor the generations of veterans who have sacrificed to uphold the principles that make America a beacon of freedom and justice and keep our world safer.

As TWU Local 578 Members, we are honored to work with our own Members and family members of veterans, and we have the special privilege of safely transporting our troops to their assignments and home again.

To our veterans, we extend our deepest gratitude for your commitment to protecting our lives and freedoms. To the families who stand behind them, we thank you for the sacrifices you’ve made in support of our veterans. Because of these shared sacrifices, we continue to enjoy the liberties and democracy that define our way of life.

Happy Veterans Day! We salute all veterans, their families, and loved ones for their immeasurable contributions to our great nation and the values we hold dear.
