Thom is a 24-year Flight Attendant with Southwest Airlines, in addition to serving as International Vice President with the Transport Workers Union. He served TWU Local 556 as President for 11 years. During his tenure, he led their Negotiating Team in achieving SWA Flight Attendants' industry-leading contract. Thom is advising FSI, VX, and G4 Flight Attendants.
